This project won the award for the best urban renewal project in Europe. It was implemented as an urban renewal project in Tarlabashi, Beyoğlu. The complex, towering on Tarlabashi Boulevard, consists of 9 buildings. This project, in which historical buildings have been restored and rethought in modern architecture, attracts attention with its location. It has the distinction of being the first and largest urban renewal project undertaken through a public-private partnership. Tarlabashi Boulevard and offices, which are completely closed to traffic and have facades facing the conceptual street, attract attention with their modern lines and striking architecture, and are also intertwined with historical texture. Due to its location in the center of Taksim, the project offers comfort in both transport and social life.
